The Person Behind It
Hi, I'm Abhijeet Gavali.
I'm a Pune-based AI-oriented full-stack developer and product builder. I don't come from a VC-backed startup or a big tech company. I come from three years of building software for real Indian businesses - the kind that run on WhatsApp messages, Excel sheets, and phone calls because nobody has ever built them something better.
In 2023, I built a QR-based inventory management system for a Pune construction parts company - five departments, a warehouse, and zero visibility between them. I built a mobile camera app that measures leg angles from a photo, saving a physiotherapist hours of manual measurement every week. Small problems. Real impact.
In 2024, I digitised a Pune vegetable farmer who was taking orders on WhatsApp until evening and delivering before 9 AM. I built him an ordering platform - customers see what's available, place orders, and the farmer manages fulfilment from a dashboard. Four more local farmers joined organically. That same year, I built a kiosk platform for a Military Institute of Technology - a digital alumni directory preserving the history of every graduating batch. I also took on freelance work building CRM, VRM, course management, and content management tools for clients across India.
In 2025, I digitised a Pune-based dudhwala - a local milk delivery business managing daily subscriptions on WhatsApp. I built RAG-based AI agents for a software development company, turning their website into a live knowledge base for customer queries. I built an automation workflow that handled 40% of a tech startup's customer support tickets autonomously. And I shipped two personal projects - a Flutter strategy game and a driver expense tracker - because building things is what I do.
Everything I learned from those three years - the patterns that work, the workflows that get adopted, the compliance requirements that trip Indian businesses up - went into IdeaSprout. Started building software that solved problems I could see with my own eyes - a construction parts company in Pune drowning in phone calls about inventory, a physiotherapist measuring leg angles with a protractor. Built a QR-based multi-department inventory system and a mobile camera angle-measurement app. Also shipped a tiny URL manager as a personal tool. These weren't products - they were proof that the right software, built for the right problem, changes how people work.
Digitising Pune's local economy, one operation at a time.
Built a kiosk platform for a Military Institute of Technology - a digital alumni directory preserving the history of every batch that graduated, interactive and always accessible. Digitised a Pune-based fresh vegetable farmer who was managing orders on WhatsApp and Excel: customers now order online, the farmer manages fulfilment from a dashboard, and four more local farmers joined the platform organically. Took on freelance work building CRM, VRM, course management, and content management tools for clients - each one a custom system built around how that business actually operated.

Digitised a Pune-based milk delivery business - the local dudhwala - who was managing daily subscriptions and orders on WhatsApp. Built a private mobile app that gave customers visibility and gave the milkman control. Delivered a RAG-based AI agent for a software development company, using their own website as a knowledge base to power a QnA bot for their customers. Built an automation workflow that handled 40% of a tech startup's customer support tickets autonomously - reducing team load without reducing quality. Also shipped two personal projects: My Empire (a Flutter-based strategy game) and FleetBook (an expense and income tracker for drivers).
